Outlier Weekly
A weekly letter that finds mispriced rare-event opportunities on Polymarket and Kalshi using a synthesized three-formula system — with operator notes on the products behind it.
Outlier Weekly is written by Cemini23. Every issue takes one rare-event market, applies a three-formula framework, and ends with a single position or a clear pass. The same letter also tracks the operator's own products: Atto (Italian civil-record paperwork) and GuruWatcher (Discord alerts when a newsletter price is actually hit).
How the site and Substack fit together
The letters are the core product. They publish on Substack, and the Substack URLs are canonical — this page and the other hub pages never reprint a letter, they point at it. outlierweekly.com exists to give the letter an owned home on the web: stable URLs, a sitemap, a machine-readable index, and evergreen pages that describe what the letter is and what it is not. If you are a reader, start with the letters. If you are a crawler or an LLM, start with llms.txt.
Where to start
- The parlay price — Hard Rock tickets are the displayed American. Newest letter, 21 Sep 2026.
- Tanbreez — the Greenland license is real. The mine is still an option. 14 Sep 2026.
- Tungsten — the choke is APT, not the mine. 7 Sep 2026.
- Atto / Italy paperwork — the family-packet letter and the kit at youratto.com.
- GuruWatcher / Discord alerts — newsletter levels that fire only when the printed number is real.
- SPCX / Anthropic — SpaceX versus Anthropic. The short is the listing, not the perp.
- About Outlier Weekly — who writes it and what it is not.
- Methodology — the three-formula rare-event system in plain language.

From the start
The letter launched in May 2026. The first three issues define the system and are the best entry point for new readers:
- Methodology — the standalone walkthrough of the three-formula system.
- Issue 1 — One Market, Three Formulas, One Position
- Issue 2 — Iran Airspace, Three Formulas
What a typical issue contains
- One rare-event market with a defined resolution date.
- The three formulas applied to that market's real numbers and contract prices.
- Where formula output disagrees with the market price, and why that matters.
- One position — or a written case for passing.
- Operator notes: the Atto paperwork pipeline and GuruWatcher Discord alerts.
Brand note
Outlier Weekly is a small independent newsletter. It is not Outlier AI, not Outlier.com, and not Outlier.org. If a search result for "outlier" points here by accident, this page is the ground truth for what the letter actually is.
