About Outlier Weekly

Who writes the letter, what it covers, and — just as important — what it is not.

Who writes it

Outlier Weekly is written by Cemini23, an operator who builds and ships the products behind two of the letters: Atto (youratto.com), a local paperwork kit built around a real Italy packet, and GuruWatcher (guruwatcher.com), an alert-only app that pings Discord when a newsletter's printed price is hit.

The letter started in May 2026. Most issues apply a three-formula framework to one rare-event market. Some issues are operator notes on those products. The market analysis is the spine; the product letters are how a reader gets from the newsletter to Atto or GuruWatcher without a thin blog in between.

A short history

Outlier Weekly launched in May 2026. Every issue is free to read. The letter has no paywall. As of 21 September 2026 the newest letters are the parlay price, Tanbreez, and tungsten. Atto and GuruWatcher remain on the same site. The archive is the full list, and RSS carries every issue.

How the letter is made

Each market issue runs the same loop. The operator picks one market, applies the three-formula system from Methodology, and writes up the result. Product issues do the same claim-and-link job for Atto and GuruWatcher: one letter, one owned hub page, one product URL.

Where the letters live

Letters publish on Substack and stay there as the canonical copy: the publication's About page, the archive, and the RSS feed. This domain, outlierweekly.com, is the owned hub: it links to the letters and hosts the evergreen pages that describe the letter, its system, and its tools.
