GuruWatcher — Discord only fires when the level is real
Outlier Weekly's GuruWatcher letter is about alert discipline: a newsletter prints a price, a local app checks the market, and Discord pings only when that printed number is hit. No orders. You make the call.
The letter

The product reads concrete levels from a newsletter you already have the right to use, looks the market up on a timer, and messages your Discord when a check sees a hit.
What GuruWatcher is
GuruWatcher is a self-hosted Mac and Windows app. You bring the newsletter source and a Discord webhook. It runs on your computer. It is alert-only: it never places orders, it is not a broker, and it does not tell you what to buy. After checkout you download the app from the thank-you page. There is no hosted watch service and no bundled newsletter feed.
Price on the product site is a one-time fee. Outlier Weekly does not sell the app and does not take the payment. Read the product Terms and FAQ before you buy.
What it is not
